Earnings or rewards for tasks depend on the number and quality of acceptable reports received from advertisers. Turbo Paisa is not responsible for rewards lost due to connectivity issues, system bugs, or other factors. Reward coins expire if not used within 60 days of accrual. Mobile recharges and other rewards redeemed by users are facilitated using third-party applications, and Turbo Paisa is not responsible for unsuccessful transactions.
Users have no authority to represent or commit Turbo Paisa without explicit written authorization.
In case of disputes arising from actions under this agreement, users must cooperate with Turbo Paisa. Users agree to indemnify Turbo Paisa for any claims or liabilities incurred due to their actions. Turbo Paisa aims to avoid litigation but reserves the right to make that decision.
Turbo Paisa provides users with instructions and materials for task completion, which remain the property of Turbo Paisa.
Users are prohibited from recruiting or inducing Turbo Paisa's employees to leave their employment, directly or indirectly.
Users must keep confidential all information related to Turbo Paisa's customers, employees, and sales methods, as well as any information designated as confidential. Users may only use such information as necessary for their use of Turbo Paisa.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Users will not be allowed to use Turbo Paisa's services after termination. The Company is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages related to your use of Turbo Paisa.
Turbo Paisa may terminate user access for fraudulent activities that disrupt or manipulate the service.
The agreement is governed by Indian law, and any disputes will be resolved in Gurugram (Haryana, India). Users must comply with local, state, and national laws while using Turbo Paisa. No agency, partnership, or employment relationship is created by these Terms.
